Please be advised that although Saskatchewan has eased some of the lockdown restrictions, we continue to experience a modification of legal services due to the global COVID19 pandemic. KMP Law continues its commitment to flattening the curve and reducing personal contact as much as is possible/practical as the continued safety of our clients, staff, lawyers and community as a whole is our highest priority.
As such, KMP Law is committed to following the provincial guidelines for health and safety during these uncertain times. We will try our best to organize and schedule meetings remotely whenever possible. However, we do understand that not all legal services can be provided remotely and will be able to schedule in-person meetings with lawyers by appointment only. We would ask that anyone scheduled for an in-person meeting be proactive and reschedule their meeting if they are experiencing fever, cough, sore throat, runny nose, headache, shortness of breath, or are generally feeling unwell. We further ask that you reschedule your appointment if you have travelled outside of Saskatchewan in the last 14 days or have been in contact with someone who has tested positive or is in the process of being tested for COVID-19. For those attending the KMP Law offices for an appointment, please be advised that they will be required to sanitize their hands upon entering, physically distance from others while in the office and will be asked to wear a mask (one will be provided should it be required).
We understand that these are troubling and uncertain times for everyone. We encourage our clients to reach out to us with any concerns or questions they may have or to obtain clarification on any of our policies and requirements.
Thank you in advance for your understanding and cooperation.
